Appointed Representative Agreement

We will sign a contract that will define our relationship moving forward.


You and your team will receive an introduction to policies, procedures and FCA requirements.

Setting up structures

We will formalise your position as Appointed Representative, select approve persons and register your fund with the FCA.

Custodian account

We will open a custodian account for you.


We will help you to create your documents that will be then approved by us.

FCA approval

In this step we will apply to FCA for approval.
